At RechargeYou, our mission is to blend wellness with philanthropy. We bring together 10 NFL players for a 4-5 day retreat in Baja California, Mexico, in February 2025. Through mindfulness, yoga, and cultural immersion, we rejuvenate minds and bodies. Our philanthropic activities include speaking at schools, implementing interactive reading programs, hosting a flag football camp with NFL Flag Mexico, and community service.
