Football for Change is Hidden Pearls and ABC Sports Foundation’s signature international initiative, using the universal language of sport to inspire youth, empower communities, and redefine what it means to be an athlete. By bringing professional athletes together with underserved communities, Football for Change helps players turn influence into impact while creating transformational experiences for kids who need it most.
WHAT WE DO!
In partnership with current and former NFL players, we host immersive camps and community events abroad that combine football training with mentorship, wellness, and life skills. Our unique approach goes beyond the game, encouraging athletes and volunteers to build deep, lasting connections with local youth and families.
OUR IMPACT SO FAR!
✅ 16 NFL players engaged in our latest Football for Change program in Cabo San Lucas, MX
✅ 2000+ kids reached, including over 85 girls who participated in flag football activities
✅ Life changing experiences that provided exclusive mentorship on the field for Mexican youth
✅ Community resources distributed, including infrastructure needs, school supplies, and sports education
